As a Tax Lawyer at the Paris Bar, I have been practising indirect tax law since 2019, with a particular focus on VAT, indirect taxes and international transactions.

My experience within French and international law firms, including GGV Avocats - Rechtsanwälte, Deloitte, Fidal and BDO Avocats, has enabled me to develop a practice combining both advisory and litigation work. I advise businesses operating in a wide range of sectors, including international trade, industry, transportation, energy and construction, assisting them with their French VAT requirements, transaction flow analysis, tax audits and litigation.

My work regularly involves complex VAT issues such as the place of taxation, transaction qualification and international transaction structures, as well as customs-related and sector-specific tax matters where relevant.

Understanding the operational realities faced by my clients is central to my approach and enables me to provide practical and tailored solutions. 

Alongside my legal practice, my experience as a wine merchant in 2024 and my WSET qualifications have given me valuable insight into the wine and spirits sector. This experience has enhanced my understanding of the operational and regulatory challenges faced by businesses in this industry, both in France and internationally.

As an independent lawyer, my practice combines technical expertise, pragmatism and clear communication, enabling me to provide responsive and tailored support.

I work in French, English and German and regularly assist clients in an international environment.
